TERMS OF SERVICE
(Goaltown.io)
1. Age Requirement
Participation in Goaltown services, including product purchases, the Affiliate Program, and the Video Buyback Program, is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.
By placing an order, registering, or submitting content, you represent and warrant that you:
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Are acting on your own behalf
Goaltown reserves the right to request age verification and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Video Buyback Program
Video Buyback is a curated selection program.
• Each week, 1 best video is selected
• Selected video is bought back for 299.97 USD (initial phase)
• Buyback may increase up to 1,000 USD in later stages
Buyback is not guaranteed.
It is a selection based on:
• Views
• Engagement
• Creativity & concept
Each video can be bought back once.
Creators may re-enter with new submissions.
3. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their content.
Goaltown:
• Does not re-upload content as new uploads
• Reposts directly from the creator’s original account
All Goaltown trademarks and systems remain exclusive property of Goaltown.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goaltown shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits
• TikTok policy changes or algorithm updates
• Payment processor or banking delays
Participation does not guarantee income or exposure.
5. Dispute Resolution
Participants agree to attempt direct resolution before legal action.
If unresolved:
• Binding arbitration applies
• Proceedings remain confidential
• Class-action rights are waived
6. Force Majeure
Goaltown is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
7. Right to Modify
Goaltown reserves the right to modify program terms at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online store Goaltown.io, purchasing products, payment, delivery, withdrawal rights, and other matters related to the purchase of goods.
The online store is operated by Goaltown, a natural person – self-employed business operator, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store or the Seller).
AFFILIATE TERMS
1. Program Structure
Operated via UpPromote.com
Commission: 17% per sale
Fixed commission per hoodie: 50 USD
Cookie duration: 30 days
Commission is granted only for verified sales.
2. Verified Sale
Sale is verified when:
• Payment is completed
• No refunds or disputes
• Return period expired
Self-referrals and manipulation void commissions.
3. Payout Schedule
Payout date: 21st of each month
Method: Wise bank transfer only
No alternative methods.
4. Affiliate Hoodie Refund
If affiliate generates 10 verified sales,
Goaltown refunds the full hoodie purchase amount.
Conditions:
• 10 verified sales
• No refunds
• No self-purchases
• One-time per account
5. Affiliate as Creator
Affiliates may:
• Purchase hoodie
• Submit videos
• Participate in Video Buyback
No commission on personal purchases.
6. Permitted Promotion
Allowed:
• Organic content
• Social media
• Blogs
• YouTube
• Email (law compliant)
Not allowed:
• Brand keyword Google Ads
• Spam
• Guaranteed income claims
• Guaranteeing buyback
7. Taxes
Affiliates are responsible for:
• Declaring income
• Paying taxes
• Local compliance
Affiliates are independent partners.
8. Tracking Consent
Participation equals consent to:
• 30-day cookie tracking
• Commission validation
• Monthly payout structure
No guarantees. Performance defines reward.
AFFILIATE SYSTEM VALIDATION PURCHASE
(Optional Test Purchase page)
Test Purchase amount: 10 USD
One per affiliate.
Purpose:
• Validate tracking
• Validate commission
• Validate Wise payout
Due to processing fees, net amount may be lower than 10 USD.
Difference is recorded.
After 3 verified sales, the recorded difference is compensated in the next payout cycle.
No abuse permitted.
Not mandatory.
DISTANCE CONTRACT & CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU)
1. General Provisions
1.1. If a Consumer purchases goods through the online store www.goaltown.io, a distance contract is concluded between the Consumer and the Seller.
1.2. The distance contract is governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, including:
• Consumer Rights Protection Law
• Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Distance Contracts
• Applicable European Union consumer protection legislation
1.3. A Consumer is a natural person acting outside their economic or professional activity.
2. Order Placement
2.1. Product prices and specifications are displayed next to each product.
2.2. To place an order, the Buyer:
• Adds products to the shopping cart
• Provides required information, including personalization details
• Selects delivery method
• Confirms the order and completes payment
2.3. The total cost, including taxes and delivery charges, is displayed before order confirmation.
2.4. The distance contract enters into force upon successful payment authorization.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The currency of settlement is United States Dollar (USD).
3.2. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments and licensed payment service providers (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
3.3. Payment data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
3.4. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order, the Buyer shall be informed and refunded within 14 calendar days.
4. Delivery
4.1. Products are delivered to countries available at checkout.
4.2. Production and fulfillment are handled by the Seller or authorized cooperation partners.
4.3. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation.
4.4. Production time for made-to-order items is typically 2–5 business days.
4.5. Delivery time is typically 8–21 business days depending on destination. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
4.6. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are borne by the Buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
5.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, except where statutory exceptions apply.
5.2. In accordance with Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
• Made according to the Consumer’s specifications
• Clearly personalized
5.3. Goaltown hoodies containing:
• A unique QR code
• A TikTok username
• An internal identification code
• A collection number
• Or any other personalized element
are considered personalized products and are therefore not subject to the right of withdrawal.
5.4. The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.
5.5. If withdrawal applies, return costs are borne by the Consumer unless the product is non-conforming.
5.6. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned product or proof of return.
6. Non-Conforming Goods
6.1. The Seller is responsible for defects or non-conformity existing at the time of delivery.
6.2. The Consumer must notify the Seller within 2 months of discovering a defect.
6.3. If non-conformity is confirmed, the Consumer has the right to:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Price reduction
• Refund (where repair/replacement is not possible)
7. Personal Data Processing
7.1. Personal data is processed solely for:
• Order fulfillment
• Delivery
• Payment processing
• Legal compliance
7.2. Data may be shared with:
• Payment providers
• Logistics partners
• Affiliate tracking systems
7.3. Processing complies with GDPR where applicable.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiations.
8.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
