Goaltown.io provides worldwide shipping subject to the terms below.
1. Made-to-Order Production
All Goaltown products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis.
Production begins only after:
• Order placement
• Successful payment confirmation
Standard production time:
2–5 business days
During high-demand periods, production may extend up to 7 business days.
Production time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Upon completion of production, the order is dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• United States: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days due to:
• Customs processing
• Carrier delays
• Force majeure events
• Peak seasonal demand
All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Destinations
Goaltown ships to countries available for selection during checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on:

• Production partner
• Local shipping regulations
Goaltown reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain regions if required.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before payment confirmation.
The total shipping cost depends on:

• Order size and weight
Free shipping promotions, if applicable, are subject to change without notice.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international shipments:

• Customs fees
• Local taxes
are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Goaltown is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Failure to pay required customs charges may result in:
• Delivery refusal
• Package return
• Additional shipping fees
6. Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Goaltown is not liable for:
• Delays caused by incorrect address information
• Non-delivery due to incomplete details
• Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact:

The request must include:

• Clear photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Where carrier liability is confirmed, Goaltown may offer:
• Replacement
• Re-shipment

9. Personalized & QR Products
All Goaltown hoodies contain personalized elements, including but not limited to:
• Unique QR codes
• Usernames
• Internal identification codes
Because products are made to order, shipping timelines begin only after personalization data is received and confirmed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Goaltown shall not be liable for:
• Carrier delays
• Customs-related delays
• Force majeure events
• Third-party logistics failures
All shipping services are provided via independent carriers.
